The challenge
Clinicians at Brightline were spending their evenings turning intake forms into structured notes. The work was necessary, repetitive, and the single biggest driver of burnout in their exit interviews.
What we built
Structured extraction runs over intake documents and produces a draft note in the clinician's own template. Every field carries a confidence score and links back to the source text, so review is a scan rather than a re-read. Nothing is filed without a human accepting it.
The outcome
Documentation moved from evenings to a few minutes between appointments, and scheduling conflicts dropped sharply once intake data became structured.
